Normally I wear a 36x32. I tried the XL but I had to return it due to the waistband and length being too large. I just ordered the Large and this was the right fit. On the waist is exactly how I like, little loose for comfort but not too loose that you worry the pants will fall or sag. For the length, it's a little long but that's how I like it, I don't want the tapered cuffed part at the bottom to be coming up my leg. Basically, if you look at the default picture for these pants, that's pretty much very similar to how they look on me.I'm very satisfied with these joggers, very nice quality and VERY comfortable. I like that these joggers have a stretch kind of material and they resemble jeans. I like joggers that look like jeans. Also on the waist band, there is a drawstring that gives you more options if you didn't want to wear a belt with these, you don't have too. I like these joggers a lot, I will be ordering more in the future!
