Waist size was correct but length was almost Jean level. In order to have a normal length I'd have to pick up about my stomach which would be uncomfortable.These shorts are made of sturdy fabric and in general well-made. The drawstring, though, broke and pulled out on one of the first wearings, and note that I bought them a size larger so they'd be nice and baggy and loose for everyday around-the-house wearing. It was easy enough to sew things together to fix them. Other than that, I'm really happy with them.They are super baggy. You could fit two sets of legs in each leg.Way way to big
